I have searched but cannot find proper CSC-files to install. Would future versions contain other European CSC-files I wonder. Still some Wifi problems (wifi will not turn on - it worked first, then stopped to work). Tried to pull the battery, dalvik and cache wipe. After a reinstall it works again. Another issue is that the phone will not shut down either in CWM or by using the power button menu. It just restarts.

Can i flash v2.1 over only with wipe cache and davlik cache ?

Do not flash anything with partial root, either from CWMR or via Mobile Odin.
Your phone lacks essential root permissions to execute the flash.

Go back to rooted stock GB and start again.

I gave you the link to my pre-rooted post in my previous post, use it.

P.S. If you get into bootloop after flashing one of pre-rooted Roms, don't panic.
Take your battery out, wait for 1 minute.
Put it back in, boot into stock Recovery (volume up + home + power)
Do a factory reset and wipe cache.
Reboot, and all should be well.
