so here i am getting all frustrated and crazy because I can't restore my apps from miui but alas Ive done it I'm using the rom with great satisfaction now heres what ive done
1. i do a clean install full wipes dalvik, cache, data
2. install rom since im using a neo i also patch the neo zip
3. delete the etc/init.d/00dalvik
4. reboot

now every thing is workin every app is running and app2sd even ext are all running good and smoot big thank for shardul_seth for this gem if anyone want the 00dalvik in there and having problem with the market just install market fix it will work fine cheers many :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I have problem with speech recognition. When it opens the popup, it says "Audio Problem".

Does anyone knows something about this?

i dont use that function so ill just ask did u install with full wipe? what kernel r u using? using shardul seth own kernel or latest night elf 9.6 didnt give me any problem so far...

u might want to pm shardul for an answer he might not seing your prob here since his busy i guess...btw if ever u read this "shardul" can u add back to kill function and optimize rom for better battery cuz compare to ur ics one it eat more bat on sleepmode 3-4 % at night compared to ur ics 1-2% only using same apps and setting deleted 00dalvikcache

Problem with speech recognition solved.

It was an app called ring dimmer, which uses the microphone all the time. Uninstalled.

Nothing with this ROM or kernel.

how can i remove the maps , esfile manager , no frills cpu from the original package ? i can't find them in system/app yet those applications get installed everytime on a clean install.....where are they located in the .zip package if not in system/app , thanks....

they are in /system/etc/product/applications or in /system/etc/customization/applications
