Hmm, I can tell the lockscreen is WidgetLocker... but I dunno about the launcher. I like that transparent power control widget!

the control widget should be widgetsoid 2.x, i've been using it since i got the phone and love it.

The Control Widget is just the one that comes on CM7.1, there is an option for Grey or Transparent. Launcher is ADW-EX with the Honeycomb theme. I switch my stuff around daily, its already completely different. I was using the Density Changer app I think it was at 130 but I'm back to stock 160 again, some apps the words were just too small. Yes the lockscreen is Widgetlocker..
