For the second time today, "Oh, no, not again!", "Another update so soon!." Lol, just kidding, I guess I'll be changing both my ROM and NoLed!

Nope can't reproduce it. It's just a random thing. If I do figure out a way to reproduce it, I'll let you know.
Try v6.0.1a (OP). I've added another "trick" to it so hopefully this time it'll stick.
Obviously that little "trick" is fixing something that I'm only suspecting is the root cause. Without logs or a method to reproduce this issue, I'm just shooting in the dark so no guarantees there. Let me know if it seems to be solved!
Hi! I'm using NoLed on my Galaxy S II with CM9.
I have a little problem: when I receive a sms or an email, icon appears on screen, but physical buttons light is on. I checked out noled settings and the options "show physical buttons" in Back light is off..
Why? How can I turn off this buttons light?
All I can say is, "Wow!." I missed the box to enable launching apps so I can't comment on that right now, but I finally was able to get my Czneo Icons back! I love the ability to directly download and install them! Totally awesome!!!

It's a problem with the ROM. I don't know if teamhacksung implemented the ability to disable the backlights from the settings menu. If so, this might be your only way of fixing it on CM9.
The option in NoLED attempts to simulate a "click" on these buttons to try and trigger the default timeout functionality. It doesn't work with most devices so don't rely on it so much. Your way of fixing it is through the ROM's settings.
I don't have a logcat yet, but I'd like to report some odd behavior. I ticked the option to have apps open on a screen longpress. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention today as I was very busy until about 3 pm. Then I noticed that the feature was still not working. So I went back into the menu, and tested it. It worked fine for every icon I longpressed until I had a force close and a had to restart noled. The test would not work for anything after that, and when I exited out of the app, a reboot of the phone occured. Not having time to mess around with it, I left things alone. Then later I noticed that my phone was cycling through a screen on (displaying lockscreen) for about five seconds, followed by 25 seconds off, then on five again, etc... I have the "Time and Weather always displayed" chosen in the NoLed menu, so when I close the screen with the power button, it is supposed to come on again for a second to the lockscreen then display those two things, but they never get displayed, the screen just goes off as I described, then comes on again. There was an Email notification in the taskbar that I had not dismissed, so I dismissed it and the cycle changed to five seconds on, then about six seconds off for two to three cycles, then sometimes the cycle of was 5 seconds on and 11 seconds off.
I just tested again, and it doesn't work from the screen, but within the app, it is working as designed. Incidentally, when I opened Noled the second time to test, I got a dialog box to send in the force close report which stupidly I dismissed. I intend to flash over to the next version of my ROM, but will delay until I take a logcat. It's not that I don't know how, it's that I need to be focused on what I'm doing.

EDIT: Now that I've taken this log, I will probably flash over to a newer version on my ROM as I mentioned. However, I will not be restoring user data for NoLed. I have a hunch that the settings that I've carried since Froyo might cause slight problems? I'll find out.
