Make sure you have debugging on.
Settings/applications/development.
If you contnue to have problems try these.
1. Restall rds llite.
2.reinstall moto drivers.

i cant bc my phone wont boot! ive already said that

im talking about bc its stuck on the M logo so it wont charge

does it automatically boot till the M logo if you plug it on to the power cable?

I've the same problem here. In my case, when I plug in the cable it doesn't boot.
If it's powered on it show the M., Open Recovery is not accessible. If I power it on while pressing Volume up, the power and the camera button it says "Bootloader
80.89"

Get an external battery charger n charge it up..

It's happened to me a few times while trying to rsd lite.. It works once it's fully charged..
