TiBu Not Allowing Me To Restore Apps

They flash fine but the common problem I have is that when I go to restore my apps, the only option I have is to delete the one I'm choosing. They're all up to date but I have noticed that beside the ones I want to restore their is a tick which means data only according to the legend in TiBu. When I look further into the back up it has a cross beside it containing the app itself but a tick indicating stored data. If anyone can help I'd buy them a beer cause it's annoying the crap out of every. Thanks in advance. Paul Sent from my MB860 using XDA
