I just did from my pc no problem. If doing it from the phone, try opening it in another window it should work. If your still having trouble look on your phone in system/etc. for a hosts file. make sure add blocker hasn't blocked the site from working on the device. If it has just delete it from the file & save.

its because there site has **** tons of adds. add blocker catches it & blocks the site. Or use dev-host

Which one u tried? Are u able to flash it?Any error while flashing? If there is no error, and u see it never change, please ensure that the App drawer is not in Transparent Mode.. So far I tested all working.
