[Q] screen or firmware issue help

anyone with HTC ONE X

experiencing occasional screen banding/static type flicker

when watching youtube/watch videos at all.

It comes, and goes very quickly...

i have seen some people say they have experienced this,

but wondering if it is a hardware/software issue and

should just sit it out...or to send it away to have looked at
