I have a loaner evo lte and it doesn't appear to have this feature. At least the stock 'gallery' player doesn't. The only feature the video player has it Trim. I think the video picture in picture might be fun when checking e-mails or something.

Well we weren't expecting the EVO to have that feature - it's a software feature Samsung developed for the GSIII.

Some have stated that the feature is not new though, because you can download apps from the Play Store that do the exact same thing. So that marketing ploy is silly and honestly doesn't do much for the phone's value to me.

The one good thing I noticed about processing power is video playback. I have some 1080p videos I shot with my canon 7d. My core 2 duo laptop has difficulty playing them back. Stuttering, etc. I put one of the videos onto the evo, and it played nice and smooth. It may be the case that several current phones can do this too, but it seemed impressive to me.

could be handy with a video/photo editing where you would want several floating windows to ease the editing.
