Forgive me if it's lame question, but I really don't know: Cyanogen/AOKP works with camera. This roms are so different, that their drivers are unusable in Sense roms?

Yes because sense 4.0 uses image sense technology which has different drivers. But once Htc releases thoes drivers for the DHD, then we can use it to make our camera work :P

The Desire HD will NEVER get image sense drivers, the image sense drivers are strictly linked to the new One * lineup because those phones have dedicated image processing chips for which those drivers are required. The Desire HD has no such technology and furthermore, HTC will NOT release Sense 4.0 for the Desire HD, but rather, HTC will release Sense 3.6 for it because it is far more similar to Sense 3.0 (which is what the Desire HD is running with the latest OTA). The reason for HTC doing this is to keep the user experience as consistent as possible when doing updates, while adding a few new ICS features in the process.

People need to understand that this is the reason why our phones will never get official ICS. If HTC were to update our phones, they'd give us a Sense 3.6 update because it's more similar to what our phones are currently running than Sense 4.0. This is exactly why we won't get the update, because our phones can't run Sense 3.* properly, and though Sense 4.0 is AMAZINGLY smooth and fast, it's not what HTC will aim to update our phones to.

I don't know if this is completely impossible or not, but as soon as DHD gets Sense 3.6, won't the camera libs be good enough for 4.0 also? I mean, xda's filled with bright minds who can make it work one way or another.

This is pure speculation. As far as we know, HTC has announced ICS update for Desire HD, which means that the device will get the OFFICIAL update from the manufacturer. We still don't know if the ICS update will come with Sense 3.* or 4.*, but camera drivers are just a part of the whole software. They can even release a DHD ota with ICS, Sense 4A (slim version) and modded camera drivers for the old chipset.
Permrooted Desire Z running @1420Mhz with Flurry live wallpaper to make fun of the good ol' Stevie.
