Have you tried going back into cwm? mounting /system and /data and then using adb on your computer to open a shell and run "dmesg" and check if it says it's mounting any of those filesystems in readonly mode due to errors ....

Yes, getting back into CWM isn't a problem. I am able to mount /system, but CWM locks up trying to mount /data.
I grabbed the dmesg- One line that is interesting is-
<3>[ 42.303716] EXT3-fs: mmcblk0p1: couldn't mount because of unsupported optional features (40).
I can post here, or send to you if you wish.
I did a "dirty re-install" for ****s n giggles to see if it would help. It didn't. Then, formatted /data & voila! It booted successfully.
I did a full wipe reinstall again as I'm betting that would have been real dirty somewhere, but things are reloading now...
