It is obvious that it is complicated to understand; derefas LK + munjeni ICS = COMPATIBLE. It is good to know. and therefore thank you! jeiz67 for advice! vouager that you experimented and reported and ci6i who set the question directly, otherwise even I would not understand the point.
It is usual situation, when a group of people try to communicate with the help of google translator ... Regards!

After many time flash and error...just now i could get back to ICS again..

1. Because of Windows 8 CP 64 bit (I guess), make USB driver not properly work. so I try to flash with Windows 7 instead from my staff PC which no problem with usb. (use driver from Schlund)
2. On winmo, after Haret, still get Error : Invalid boot image header and concert to Fast boot. so I reboot again and Haret then press volum down same time, then i can get directly to fast boot with out error.....
3. Use LK from Sense 3.5 from darefas (try with schlund LK, Munjeni LK not work.) boot loader and fast boot then recovery....then i can get recovery on next boot with out error.
4. Just follow Schlund process, to unmount and format as instructed.
5. Install ICS beta 3, Can not ON WIFI, so i back to ICS beta2.
6. now re-store all app and system of ICS beta2 from titanium back up,
7. all back to normal...but still no 3G network ( no issue at this time i can use office wifi).

Here you go... this is new bootloader and automated batch script. Usb drivers is allso in archive. Script format all partition, performing lk installation, performing recovery booting and installing. There is 5 steps, first step is:
- extract LK_21.May.2012.rar somewhere on your computer
- extract photonic-sd.rar to your phone sd card
- put rom archive to sd card
- install usb drivers if you have not done before
- run install.bat, than folow step 1 and step 2 on screen

Next steps you can do from recovery

Current bootloader:
boot size=6mb
recovery size=8mb
misc size=0.625mb
system size=200mb
userdata size=250.875mb
cache size=5mb

In next few days I will compile an cm9 build. Please do not miror links, that thing make confusion for users in chosing right archive... this is complete archive and have lk for sd card, lk for nand, recovery, usb drivers and install script, thanks! Munjeni, 5 mb is not enough for cache partition.
This means we can not install apps biger than 5 mb from market

HTC HD2 have 5mb cache partition and I ussed 5mb on my hd2 without any problem to market so I think photon will not have problem too

if you use cache partition 5mb , you need to move downloand market folder to memory or sdcard or data partition
