sd card? is it external_SD you are referring to or Phone's memory?

if you go to your mnt/sdcard/External_sd is now located in
/mnt/emmc

so basically emmc is External_sd

If you are facing another issue where you phone si not recognizing the sd card for the phone. Format the phones memory from storage in the settings.

The new version still has problems with memory card! Duplicate files! Phone yesterday no vibration! I went back to version 1.8.1!

Is the next version will be added s-voice?

I installed this 1.9.1 full wipe, twice..

You mus do a reboot after inputting APN settings. It appears that they are invisible the first time after ROM installation and configuration. But reboot the phone after inputting APN settings. After rebooting the phone, your data connection will be visible and OK.
