You might try Clearing the Data from the app. It helped speed it up for me in the past.

Settings\applications\manage applications\all\Gallery- Clear Data

I have tried all that but still no luck, i think its maybe because of the lcd density. Mine is set to 120 cause that way i can properly use the 5 inch screen. I feel any density above the 110 or 120 is actually a waste of screenspace as such a big screen and no proper work space.

Sergei in the DS Config for the LCD Density there is an option for custom but it doesnt work. If I enter any value apart from the ones in the list it doesnt take it and I have to end up rebooting the phone twice.
I have my screen set to LCD density 120 so if I have to make any changes in DS Config settings ( for example fps or wifi etc ) I cant directly save the settings as it gives an error message for invalid lcd density. In order to have those settings take affect I have to change the lcd density in DS Config to 140 or any other from the list. The phone then reboots saving the settings and then I have to use the dpi changer software to again change the density back to 120 and then it requires a reboot again.

Can the DS Config software be tweaked so it can accept the custom densities also rather than only using the ones in the list.

Here's how to do it right:

Connect Streak to PC.
In cmd, issue
adb logcat
You should see a lot of output lines.
After Steaak have rebooted, press Ctrl-C, then issue
adb logcat -d >mylog.txt
It will be big, zip it and send me via e-mail or try to attach here.
thanks n0p, but it restar continously so I can not connect to PC

Default Arabic support.

First take.
--
I've took Arabic lang resources from StreakDroid.
Here's a pack of additionally localized framework/apps:

--
First glance shows that one lang needs additional font support - even with added fonts from StreakDroid and i'm unsure of RIL.
--
Edit: Looks like missing lang table is Hindi.
