If you haven't bought a phone yet, I'd suggest go for Galaxy S2..
Its prices have dropped till 26k now.

Bro get samsung galaxy s-2 for sure.....there are plenty of phones out dere in 25k budget.....but still galaxy s-2 is da king of all !!!
