Charging Correctly?

So I just got the note today and flashes Saurom. At 12:30 I plugged it into the wall charger and it was at 8%. It's to 5:16 and it's only at 62%. With that rom I can't turn the phone off and have it charge either for some reason. Any suggestions?

Mine takes several hours to charge, while off, but if you're having issues, I wouldn't.hesitate to change.to the.latest ucle2 by flappjaxxx. The most stable yet.
