DONATE TO ME
@simon , you have to make a list of incompatible devices , and add that the bootloader should be UNLOCKABLE , unlike the guy above (actually i laughed for what he is complaining for , but people learn if they don't know ) he had hboot 1.08.0000 , and it doesn't show the Locked/Uncloked/Relocked Status up which it should do if the bootloader was unlockable ...

Now for some phones such as sensation xl , they don't have the misc partition visible or mounted , i see in the /dev/mtd is not there ! so you gotta ketchup the thing !
Phone : Google Nexus Prime ( Galaxy Nexus )

Android Version : Jelly Bean 4.1.2

ROM : CodeName Android (Best Rom I have seen)

Kernel 3.0 , Nyan Kernel with PGM2 support !

Overclocked up to 1.8 , currently 1.0 GHz (Using Quad Core Manager for battery saving)

AMAZING PHONE

With one, that was untouched european wildfire s with default HBOOT and radio (1.08.0000/7.54.39.28M) , i din't had success with unlocking part of the tool. It went all the way to the end with no errors but no UNLOCKED state at all (same as in Valorster screenshot). So i proceeded to the HTCdev way of unlocking. I went through the first step (updating the RUU), updated the same with EU one, and when i rebooted phone (normaly needed in process) on the screen was pink letters UNLOCKED... So, beacuse of new circumstances, i didn't went on with HTCdev process, rooted phone with unlockroot tool and installed Superuser. So, no tokens insert was needed at all.

On the other hand, on my personal wfs few days ago i updated HBOOT and Radio to the latest 2.14.401.1_Radio_47.23e.35.3038M_7.57.39.01M (i'm not S-OFF, just unlocked so i had to do that way) and, since in that process i locked my phone again, i just did a simple unlock part of the tool and all went perfect at first try. Phone was unlocked, SU and root didn't happened (again, same as in first example and just as same as in Valorster screenshot) so i rooted phone with http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1616326 (this time not with unlockroot since it doesn't work with new HBOOT yet) and now it's on the latest HBOOT and Radio...

So, for Valorster case maybe update of HBOOT will help... on the other hand, seems like utility behave better with newer updates from HTC but that doesn't have to be true, maybe just happened in my case

Hope that this can help in development of this awesome utility
thx for your nice repley!

the only reason why i dont want to unlock via htc dev is because i dont like it lol.
But you only updates the h-boot via htc and then stopped?

but the htc still knows you unlocked or not?

this little phone is a b*** to unlock lol

my DHD , E3D , TF300T , .... are al easy and the wfs is just
HTC evo 3D S-OFF
Rom : Raging between roms...
Radio : 10.55.9020.00u_10.13.9020.29_M
Recovery : revolutionary

Huh, I think that they don't know... In my opinion part, in which HTC begin to be aware that you exist, is when you request token and they send you one. This part is just simple download of update so i don't think they would take that as any harm to their's preciousss super security
I would relock that phone just to see if that's true but that phone is not in my reach anymore...

Default Bootloader Does Not Unlock

I tried unlocking the bootloader of my Wildfire S A510e which had android 2.3.3. Everything went smoothly but I still didn't see the unlocked message on the bootloader. Here is what I did:

1 Bootloader Unlock and Root (Universal)
2 Custom Recovery (unlocked or S-Off)
3 S-off
4 Install Drivers

Please make a selection or hit ENTER to exit: 1

I am pushing everything to /data/local/ here we go!
2174 KB/s (660089 bytes in 0.296s)
1911 KB/s (793908 bytes in 0.405s)

1399 KB/s (22364 bytes in 0.015s)
1848 KB/s (472478 bytes in 0.249s)
Now I am changing the permissions to root.
I modified taco root, follow its directions! Device reboot is normal.
Rebooting into recovery, please press Volume+, Volume- and Power at the same tim
e. Now choose to reboot the system.
Now we are waiting for full boot, I can only guess high
with this, so please wait.
Setting Up taccoroot now. Device will reboot.
Rebooting into recovery, please press Volume+, Volume- and Power at the same tim
e.Now choose to reboot the system.
Getting ready to root. Device Will reboot!
Rebooting as root!
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
Removing any chance of misc.img file already there.
rm failed for /data/local/misc.img, No such file or directory
If you just saw an error, don't worry its Okay.
Dumping Misc
Unlocking Misc
Flashing Misc
flashing misc from /data/local/misc.img

Let me clean up my mess!
Before I leave, I am going to try to root. Highly experimental.
cp: not found
cp: not found
Unable to chmod /system/bin/su: No such file or directory
Unable to chmod /system/app/Superuser.apk: No such file or directory
Root removed! Will reboot now!
Your phone should now say UNLOCKED.
1 Bootloader Unlock and Root (Universal)
2 Custom Recovery (unlocked or S-Off)
3 S-off
4 Install Drivers

What should I do??
