I bought an Infinum light, didn't get it to work. Same symptoms as you guys, SIM cards were working separately but not with adapter. I payed about 56,- EUR for a thing that doesn't work it's nearly half of the price of my Xperia mini ST15i, which is quite a lot, maybe not for people in Switzerland, but for me yes. I opened a dispute via Paypal, they declined refund and pointed me to their tech support, which forwarded me messages with instructions and video. I followed all the steps before opening dispute without any success.

Did anybody opened a case via Paypal? How it eneded?

Same experience here. I decided to cut two SIM cards to nano size ones. Result: it was impossible to insert the simore adapter with the two SIM cards. I finally squeezed it in. It did not work.

I know from asking them to refund my previously unused card because before nano SIM cards I didn't wanted to cut my SIM cards. They tell you the modification can be reversed using provided adapters what is a complete lie for Apple users.

Since these people do not care I highly advise you to stay away from their crappy products at all cost.

I write off the experience as I do not get a refund. Do not buy and spread the word. The customer service is a complete joke and the products are too.
