After choosing the Galaxy Tab 10.1 despite being worried about getting timely updates and still waiting on an ICS update, I will never buy Samsung mobile products again. Going LTE all the way.

I keep seeing people talk about the build quality of HTC over this just a "feel" thing or something more substantial? The Samsung phone is lighter due to design.

The one thing that really bothers me about the HTC LTE phone is "no removable battery". That is a show stopper... I will not buy due to that reason alone. So I will wait, and possibly go with the SG3 if battery removeable. And some specs indicate wireless charging which is also a very nice feature.
