Poor speed tests.

I have new radio, great rom and kernel, full signal, build.prop tweaks, 3g hspda. But my phone is only reaching 160kbs down and 180kbs up. Help?

Nope im on att and we dont have limits. If we go over it charges.

Is it the same if you use the phone on different geographical places?

Its been for past month. I tried speed tests in other parts of city and state and difference is minimal. At&t doesnt know anything

No ihavent. On new rom, kernel same, diff radio. See if it makes a change again.
