[Q] boot problem & error 262

For some reason the phone got unresponsive and upon power on it get's stuck on the HTC screen. I tried the reset via volume -/+ and power button, it says reset complete and when I reboot the device it get's stuck again at the boot screen on HTC.
I am not sure if I picked up the right ROM (RUU_Schubert_TMOUS_3.01.531.02_Radio_5.65.09.25a_ 22.45.50.21_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE) but when I try to flash it I get error 262.
I see SPL 5.12.2250

Can anyone help please?
