I'll never recommend miracle v4 for u as u are still green. Learn about custom stock rom first. See the differences. Then, go for other cm7 roms. Feel it. Learn how to set permission for files, move apps to system/apps manually and how to delete them. What is scripts, tweaks.
Then u can go for miracleb4 or cm9. I'm saying this to prevent u from get confused and leads to dead end. Try cm7 from FAT first or infinityv2 by nims11.
I didnt recommend u to try miraclev4 coz u need to add system/app urself and prevent u from spam the thread or cm9 as its still in beta phase.
Enjoy ur first custom rom. And,understand what is rooting,cwm,backup/restore

s2e is way better link2sd s2e works only with cm7 .
link2sd allows you to choose which apps to move sd wheras s2e moves all so link2sd has an adavantage but s2e gives more space ( i think )
once with s2e installed i had over 120 apps and still had 60 mb internal storage

s2e moves all cache 2 sd-ext ... thus shows more space,, but u just forget that the dalvik cache get regenerated after use of apps thus s2e doesnt frees up so much extra space.....
s2e and link2sd both are nice apps.... its a person choice to use,,,,, and for managing were an app should go from whole lot,,,,, LINK2sd scores way oveer s2e,,, plus u need to reboot after installing apps for s2e while link2sd doesnt require such bothersome thing,,,it just does all thing as specified NO NEED TO REBOOT :P
In the the ROMs built in task/App manager it says I have around 140mb RAM Free which is why I wanted to change from stock in the first place, (I installed Cyanamod 7.2 only, didn't change kernal).
But if I go through any other 3rd pqrty task manager it says only around 50mb free!
Is the Cyanamod 7.2 built in version been modded to make you think your better off?
Plus Antutu benchmark is only 1896 where as on stock ROM i averaged around 1950!!!?
Am I ok to install RAM Manager, Set CPU etc, is there anything I need to be wary of? ROM Manager I know about!
Can I delete music player and DSP as I have Power AMP?
Is 300MB ok size for sd card partition?
I know, I know, lots of questions, sorry.
edit: Found a bug, Bluetooth headset doesnt work properly, controls phone but music comes out of phone! Aaaargghh!!! I need my music!
