[Q] RUU error (110) black htc with exclaimation

hey i have s-off and have tried the pinned thread by
-S-OFF
[STEP1]- download "Bravo Stock" from Alpharev
[STEP2]- download Android Flasher
[STEP3]- use android flasher to flash "Bravo Stock"
[STEP4]- run the RUU again and wait for it to finish

also please take a look here as i cant seem to make sense of where he got a "safe backup"

i tried that and got error 110, i have tried with multiple RUU's
After i have flashed bravo stock i still get the boot menu with

blah blah s-off
blah blah

RUU

am i missing hboot and fastboot still?

can somebody please point me in the direction of a safe RUU and please explain how to validate that the RUU is downloaded correctly?

tried with alpha rev downgrade and now get error (140)

now its s-on

do i have to make a goldcard?

after flashing downgrade reboot phone to fastboot again and then run ruu(correct for your phone) or use WWE ruu with goldcard, more info can be found in bortak's guide

fastboot flash hboot downgrade.img
downgrade.img - replace with your file name

I cant get into fastboot only a blackscreen with HTC logo or if i unplug the usb i get

please help. I cant afford another phone

screen with triangles is sort of fastboot... fastboot commands work there but you are s-on, that will not help us...
what hboot you have? what ruu are you using?

last hboot i had was the cm7r2 flashed as a .zip through cwm now that it is s-on i have no hboot apparently?

i am getting error 140 bootloader version error, how do i change my bootloader or flash a new one? i tried the hboot downgrader from the alpharev website but it just gave me s-off after i tried to flash the ruu

ok you have 0.93 so flash 2.29 wwe ruu from shipped roms, hopefully that will work

it already said i have 2.29.405.5

but it worked....

i now have a boot loader and cwm
