I think I broke my O2X...help?

Hello! New member here so please excuse me if I'm posting to the wrong forum or anything like that.

Not to take long of your time, I can't get my phone to boot. It shows the 2 LG logos and won't proceed beyond that. So I need to know if there's a way to flash a ROM and a Recovery with it like that.

Are you rooted? Or try smart flashing your phone.

It's rooted, though I'm not sure how to check now if it's still there. Can you tell me more about smart flashing?

Thanks a million. I was unexpectedly able to reboot into recovery and therefore able to fix it. But I'll keep this link to get back to if I ever screw things up again.
