Thanks to all helping me with my new samsung, i managed to root, install a rom and unlock the phone without ever needing to put in a SIM

auto convert to mms is selectable in options somewhere (sorry can't remember where). If I send an mms it displays sent time and if I receive one it displays received time. The last version I used for my daily was v12. When testing v13 was the same.

as you describe it , it does not work. so the mod is NOT applied.
also since v11 the file has not changed in size. it is the exact same file
in v11 v11.1 v12 and v13 !!!

if you want a working Mms.apk (where the mod is actually really working) download this:

i found it on the original thread for this mod here, i just cant find the file now.

IM sorry it doesn't work for you I Reflashed v13 after your previous post and have tested it out of 20 mms sent it's worked perfectly everytime.

a) displaying the sent time does not work correctly
b) the Mms.apk file is the old LP8 version

Omega black blue is fantastic rom. One charging, and battery is on 15% after 4 days. Bravo!!

This Rom is awesome I'm using Omega ICS and absolutely love this rom, its fast, smooth and does everything i want it to while looking the way I want it to. The battery life seems to be amazing also. Keep up the good work indie

ok not looking for an argument i maybe should have gone into more detail sent 10 mms from my phone running omega v13, 5 to my father on omega v12 and 5 to my brother with a stock HTC desireHD all on different networks.

then sent 5 from dads to me and 5 from my brothers to me.

all the mms i sent displayed the correct sent time and all mms i recieved showed the correct recieved time.

Regardless of the mms.apk used it has worked for me. I am glad you have found a fix for your problem and have shared it so anyone else with the same issue can benifit.

please if anyone else is having this issue please pm me rather than clogging this thread of specific details and i will compile all responses and forward onto indie in a couple of days so he can look into this for the next version.

i see that each version is different firmware v13 being LPD firmare so im not sure why your manifest says lp8 but there is a thousand different reasons why it could be. when indie gets on next he may be able to shed some light on this.
