Search mate. Search in the development and general forums. There are plenty of very good guides that tell you everything from how to unlock the bootloader to flashing a kernel or ROM.
XPERIA Neo V MT11i "Haida" <<<RIP
It was killed by a 3 yr old.
Ok, so i just bought Xperia Neo V, and planned to root it without unlocking the bootloader to avoid voiding warranty. (i can unroot it right?)
Because i won't unlock it, i won't be able to install this rom. so i though i just remove the bloatware from the list, and, if possible install the init.d scripts.
because i'm new to android (im from the world of jailbreaking), i got some question.
1. is it safe to remove all the bloatware on the attached list, and what program do u recommend to remove the bloatware?
2. what is init.d scripts, can i install it to my stock rom, what kind of init.d script did u use, and how to install it?
please answer it. answering it partially, or just giving the link for the answer is alright. thanks.

1. Yes, and that is a conservative list Also delete the bloatwares from "/system/etc/products/applications" and "/system/etc/customization/applications"
Recommended programs are "Titanium Backup" (Backup, then uninstall) and "ES File Explorer" for removing from the above folders..
2. init.d scripts cannot be installed as there is no support in stock kernel.
An alternative is to use "Script Manager" app from the Play store to set up those init.d scripts to load on boot. Please take care though, as "init.d scripts" are loaded on system boot (before Android system starts), and "Script manager" scripts are loaded after all apps and setting are loaded, so trying to change thing later on can cause problems.. I would not load scripts that re-mount partitions with "Script manager" (just one example)

so you are basically saying that installing init.d script is dangerous, and don't use it right?
i will only delete the bloatware, install setcpu(for underclocking), and install juicedefender. thanks a lot for your information.
oh yeah, is there any other way to save battery beside what i have written and turning off some features from the phone? if there are no other way then it's okay

Install "Juice Defender", really automates a lot of things.
