If you are coming from another build of miui, no need to full wipe. Just wipe cache and dalvik cache.

If you are using other rom, full wipe is needed.

yes
if you come from another rom (cyanogen) you must do a full wipe =D

But why did you move to right corner on the status bar? I liked it better on the center it looked better and some how felt like utilising the given space...no right corner of status bar is vey congested.
