Many, many thanks to XxXPachaXxX for kernel !!!
Many thanks to mentalityx for testing!

Packed with zram activation script 50mb. If someone don't want zram - just delete 50mbzram from \system\etc\init.d before install.
Cache and dalvik-cache cleaning recommended. Cache cleaner cwm : http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?2zoywciz91g9347 - thanks to carl1961 and Sneakyghost!

Tested - working without sleep bug. Used with 2 clients and work well.
No way to no way!

I get the same results just about. The new tweaks help the battery and some ram tweaks.
