mine happens also becouse i have a third party battery

i fix this by flashing Thalamus modded kernel for the battery fix but i will try to update Recovery

if you install newer recovery from Rom manager isnt't that just a temporary install of the recovery ?

Keep it charged all night and check again in the morning.
