What about just the unlocking to deploy xap files? In this case i will not flash a new rom and just want to install some "free" apps

Unfortunately, you have to downgrade to a previous ROM (by restoring from zune if you havea backup) to be able to unlock your HTC Windows Phone.

This is simply not true. With HTC Trophy (either CDMA or GSM) there are plenty of other methods to downgrade the SPL... and I know on CDMA Trophy, Zune backup will not downgrade an SPL (just everything else).

If all else fails (such as simply trying to flash an older rom), you flash a rom using GoldCard method, and this will downgrade the SPL.

that tutorial is for sparkW only and mine is Spark, there is any difference?

btw, if i do the following step will my phone boot on 7.0 insted of 7.5 ?

First, boot your phone into the tri-color boot screen by holding vol-down + the power. Connect your phone to your PC. Then, run "DFT_HSPL_WP7FG3_INSTALL.exe" and select "OSPL" from the drop down. Wait for it to install and you are ready to flash a stock rom!

Bug:
You can switch with the view, so that left become right.
But if you take the photo he toke the photo normal instead of the other side.

I wanted to ask, in Internet Sharing working on this rom? In the Spark_W version its broken.

Anybody tried the official tango update for the spark/trophy that big red is pushing out yet? did it/will it break any thing?.(did they disable anything).Does not having the official trophy Tango mean that the 7.8 update will not be possible through Verizon as it is supposedly the precursor update ,I know zune will push all available updates if I let it -when the time comes. I havnt tried to update when it has asked ,(pre tango) as ansars Rom is 100% stable but have I missed something?
