obviously 2000mAh will work fine, but people who buy above 3000mAh extended batteries need a battery to last long while working fine ... my problem with ebay 3500mAh is that they are too cheap to be true, real capacity indicated underneath a sticker is at least twice smaller, and battery works fine for one month. I am using Mugen [HLI-Si9100XL] 3200mAh modelmfor the last 6 months now and i get fully 3day per recharge

Hello, I am using Anker 1900 mah battery for some monthes and it work fine, but I would like more power.

I was wondering if there was a battery with more juice but that still fits in the original back cover ?

I found this 2500 mah one on Ebay, but it seems too good to be true :
cgi.ebay.fr/2500mAh-Extended-Slim-High-Capacity-Battery-for-Samsung-Galaxy-S-2-II-i9100-/220999909985?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item33749f 0261

With another cover there is also this 3800 mah one :
cgi.ebay.fr/NEW-3800mAh-Extended-Battery-Cover-For-Samsung-Galaxy-S2-II-i9100-White-/390419437236?pt=AU_MobilePhoneAccessories&hash=ite m5ae6cfd6b4

Does anyone try any of thoses ?

I have also just taken a look @ ankers batteries.... Its kinda unbelivable coz anker's 2400mah battery with covers cost around 10USD, where else Mugen's 3200mah cost 95USD....

From reviews obviously Mugen's batteries are built with better quality but so far people have no problems with anker's batteries too... But honestly are Ankers really that cheap and good?

The first link quotes: NOTE:It's a little better than the orginal battery OR same

The picture from the 2nd link has a battery that looks like a real poor build quality just viewing the sticker.

I bought this:

2X 3500mAh Battery +white Cover Case+charging Dock 4 Samsung Galaxy S 2 II i9100

I will not use the charger as contact points with battery are too small (pin sized) and could result in incorrect readings by charger possibly overcharging the battery.

I discharged the 1st battery to check capacity which came out +- 2814mAh compared to the 3500mAh advertised - could have been worse.
Here's the curve as well as my test rig if anyone interested:

Beside their power.. who'd want such a big battery..? It would make the phone so ugly..

Been using both batteries for the past month - both work well. Compared to stock battery @ 1650mAh its a 47% longer run time. Will check again in a few months actual capacity.

I use that setup to charge my RC Helicopter LiPo batteries.
Also use cheap Chinese batteries for it - and some work very well - in RC forums lots of tests are posted - so easy to know if one source is good or not.
Here its mostly nonobjective posts.
Would be nice to have more objective ones but then most people don't have the equipment to do so

the same happened to me, I would recommend that you stick to accessories made by reputable companies, not the no brand Chinese stuff
