I'd just back everything up (settings, too.) Do a full wipe, reinstall the rom, install the app. If the issue persists, you might be sol since it seems to be an issue with senseless ROMs

Well, 24 hours later, this might be the slickest launcher I've ever used.

Did we give up? I've tried this on a few roms.. currently ineffabilis ics.
Seems no matter how I go about it I get a force close upon reboot.. anyone have complete success (widgets, no fc's)? How'd you do it?

One other thing does firmware have to be ics or just an ics rom for this to work?

How'd you pull it off?
I'm on ICS firmware..
I've placed in system/app, changed permissions..
I've tried just installing as well.. what's the big secret?)

1. In the original thread with this, there was also a separate .so file that needed to be added to your ROM. We may or may not need this, but it could be why some of you have issues. Food for thought.
2. For those wondering about installing it as a system app, if you have TB, long press the app and choose "convert to system app." Quick and painless.
