After a couple hours on the phone with another 4 or 5 people from Sprint, the tell me they're sending me a new one. Called back to confirmed, turns out they're sending me another "Remanufactured" phone with a battery and a charger this time. Another 3 or 4 people later, turns out, they have no brand new ones. Stock is completely out, and they can't do anything about it. Told them, as long as the next phone I get is up to par, I'll be selling it and buying my EVO 4G LTE. Oh, and the phone I received today also froze twice on me and required a factory reset. Still freezes occasionally.
So, yeah... Next week, I'll be EVO 4G LTE bound for sure.
Oh, and it just turned off on me on its own. Great. **** this phone. **** it right in the ear. I want a new one, stat.

This is why the insurance is a joke. You pay monthly, you pay deductable and get a refurb phone.
