i put in the claim on thursday. if there wasnt a holiday on monday i wouldve had it then. instead im getting it tuesday

Well I "lost" my phone. Sold it for a unspecified amount as a bad esn phone and called it in. They said they would be sending me a E4GT.

Ok, well did you ask for as the Samsung or did they just offer it to you? I am looking to replace my cracked screen one, or if someone here knows how to replace it and wants a S-OFF Evo3D PM me lol, because I am jumping ship to Verizon due to lack of service in my area.

Off topic: Can someone PM me a good place to sell my phone. I know a lot of people here are tech savy and can probably replace the screen for cheap and would like to have an S-OFF EVO3D. Just trying to see if it would be woth replacing and trying to sell it or just sell as is.

my charge port went bad on my 3d. I went to a sprint store and they ordered me a replacement. Anyway of knowing what i will get?

This is why the insurance is a joke. You pay monthly, you pay deductable and get a refurb phone.

If he was dealing with Sprint he was trying to get a warranty replacement and avoid the insurance deductible, for insurance you deal directly with Asurion. I have the Insurance, I've used it 3 times in the last year (1 OG EVO and 2 EVO 3D's) and each time I got a brand new phone overnighted to me. Asurion insurance is quite good although, just like everyone else, I am unhappy about the price increase. I'm keeping it though because I've had great experiences with it.

Ask the Sprint store that ordered you the replacement?

My EVO 3D was dropped by someone else (still irks me) last week and the screen shattered so I was forced to use insurance. I filed the claim on Friday and recieved it on Saturday. I just realized last night that the screen, like someone else said, is raised out of the bezel like it hasn't been glued down properly! What gives?!

I had to post because I find it weird that I'm not the only one with that problem. Is there anything I can do about it?
