Ok. Most of the work is done, the build is up, let me know what i forgot

Most of our stuff is pure AOSP now(Phone, MSM etc etc are all stock), DSPManager has been replaced by MusicFX, the launcher is closer to the stock ICS Launcher2...removed wallpapers and the annoying search bar and such, no longer one HAS to have a /sd-ext, nothing is put on /sd-ext anymore, for now im not providing any extra dicts, this may change, most of the things to tweak are under Display or COS Tweaks btw.

Its not so much better. Those are just some libs. Hwa has been quite good for a while now ever since Drewis updated kgsl a coupel of weeks ago.
