@Trafalgar, it's called Recast. It's not on the market yet, still in beta phase. Saw it featured on the xda portal a few days ago.

Finally decided to use Nova this morning. So far so good - I have zero complaints. The different folder designs are pretty sweet.
Im definitely going to give Nova Prime a try in the next day or so. If Prime doesn't do a ADW EX on me and hook me in forever, I'll give Apex a shot.
