2-3 week delay is gonna drive me nuts! And there's NO guarantees it will be 2-3weeks. This is all in Samsung's hands. Who wants to go to Korea with me and kick some ass!? Kidding. LOL

Default Negri or Expansys for us Canucks?

Negri or Expansys for us Canucks?

Negri somehow appears to be cheaper, gives you up-to-date information on shipping, etc. but they want to take the money now.

Expansys, tight-lipped mofos that don't seem to want to reply to emails sent by customers. And the price seems to be more expensive, even though I'm paying more for shipping through Negri. But they don't charge until you say you'll take it once they have stock.

Thoughts? Probably too late in the game to make a difference.

I'm from Kelowna BC and I originally went with Expansys. The cost was fairly high with them, they were unwilling to provide me with any information as well, so I decided to go with Negri Electronics. I had read some really positive reviews with them, and was incredibly pleased with how they were keeping up to date with all of their customers during the first delay. I would go with Negri if I were you

Same story with me. I live in Vancouver and expansys has garbage customer service, so I ordered from Negri and I can't wait to tell expansys to shove it.

I had to call Expansys-USA to cancel my order a few weeks ago. I sent two e-mails and waited a full week without a response before finally calling. I waited about 30 minutes to get someone on the phone.

E-mailing is out of the question.

CoreyL is actually great CS here on XDA (he's the GM of the whole operation). But as far as their "actual" CS department? I just didn't see it.
