i'm personally using blackICE and IMHO with glados kernel is a must have.used also slim month ago,but for me,and now, blackICE is the best, all aokp+cm9 cherry picks, stable, fully featured and speedy like liquid.give it a try viking if you want.

Samsung galaxy nexus maguro version 16Gb
Asus transformer WiFi-only 16Gb
Asus nexus 7 WiFi-only 16Gb
My current system embedded boards in use:

Hardkernel odroid-u2 with Exynos4412 PRIME cpu @ 2000mhz max and 64 Gb toshiba Emmc storage(533mhz Gpu\800mhz Ram)
Arduino UNO (x2)

Re,
Thank you guys for words about my dog ,unfortunately that's how the time and things will (not sure about the translation).
Thank you again,I really appreciate

Also thanks for your advice about testing rom.Seems my heat issue is gone but it's very strange, just change a setting in Phone information about the network and it's good...or it is a coincidence but I have changed no other settings or apps between Glados 1.33 and 1.34,just that by looking around my phone I finally found it.
I found again my normal CPU temp with my settings,so 437Mhz-1.5Ghz (Live OC 125% for MPU),120% Core OC Value and Smartreflex Off actually with stock voltage, need testing undervoltage for my phone.
With Smartreflex On I can run stock CPU freq with stock voltage (350Mhz-1.6Ghz) but with Live OC to 125% for MPU with Smartreflex On and stock voltage->my phone don't like (but it's ok at 1.6Ghz ),I suspect the min CPU freq (437Mhz) is too undervolted by Smartreflex,so Off.

I really like all the settings possible with this kernel, for he who loves fine adjustments and have fun playing with overclock,Live OC,voltage,etc...It's the best kernel!
I need a day or two to find the right settings that suit me,with several freeze/reboots but I like!
And with all my tests I know that my CPU can't handle freq above 1.72Ghz for a complete stable usage.

Sorry for this long post

Maybe it's your rom settings, apps, rogue app,Syncs,overclock,undervolt,CPU/GPU settings,etc...Depend how you use your phone...
Uses the default settings and you'll be good...

Anyway with so little detail,it will be hard to help properly...

I left everything as is and I am on black ice Rom maybe a fresh flash or different Rom will help??? I hope cuz all's I hear is the best about this kernel

Maybe your phone can't handle the 1.4 oc...my phone lags like hell on 1.4 so i don't oc

I actually underclocked to 1058mhz (115% mpu oc) using ondemand and my phone feels smooth enough for me.

Yea I'd say go for a fresh flash. Also I find if I overclock I get lag too. I just slightly OC using the mpu boosted like 10% that puts me around 1300. With my gpu at 384 I'm sitting pretty. Perfect battery and performance. My phone doesnt like to oc to high either

Testing the 2.0ghz today with 512gpu. With no smart reflex im getting it to stay running. As long as i take it easy it doesn't heat up too bad. I keep the air cooler on it with the battery cover removed and it never goes above 70C. I had one reboot after about 45 min straight web browsing. Might have to do some tweaking to get it more stable. I'm impressed though so far. The phone really gets a serious speed boost at that clock speed!

Is there a cause?Why?I don't really know...but it works...
Can this setting cause heat,maybe...Expect when I'm not browsing l don' see the cause but it's good now...
Maybe a report with the new TCP congestion thing in the new kernel?Or with "WCDMA preferred" the cell radio use more CPU (higher load) even when I'm not browsing like searching the network?
Strange...

The mistery of our smartphones

In any case thanks for your reply nexus.prime

I notice mine is set to "WCDMA preffered" too. Not sure what it was set to before i flashed 1.34 though.

Doesn't this just mean that 3g connections are preffered? I would have thought this is the desired setting
