ali magdy, you should add to the first post instructions on how to install it,
which are push to /system/app and install like a regular apk.
i believe that is how seker94 and gunman84 did it as did i

Found a little bug maybe it is just me but the app drawer doesn't show Any new apps after installing them... The only way I could get them in the app drawer was by deleting and reinstalling the touchwiz launcher

So does S Voice fully work? Even waking the phone up using the Hi Galaxy command?

Is it normal that it is asking me for replacing an already existing app??? And if so, if I don't like the app, how do I uninstall it afterwards again???? Thanks already!!!

you can't change the wake up command. it have to stay as 'hi galaxy'.
