Unhappy I am the guy - Froyo 2.2.2

I'm the dumb ass that did the SBF all the way back to 2.2.2.
I used the WugPacked X2 SBF tool.

I wanted to get to CM7 from 2.3.4.
I have a nano backup.
Should I root, re-intall System Recovery and then restore the nano backup?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Just take two OTA updates to get to 2.3.4
Then root and install bsr and you, are good to go
if you Are on 2.2.2 taking one ota will get you on 2.3.3
Then reboot
Then take the next ota
That will put you on 2.3.4
Then root and install away!

Just so I'm completely clear, if you are on 2.2.2 right now, and you root, install bsr, restore nandroid from when you were on 2.3.4 IT WILL NOT work, bsr will NOT restore you too the kernel you need to be on, ONLY system and data....if you notice it doesn't ever backup/restore boot.img(kernel)
