Have you by any chance also tried Jeets modem? I'm split about which one to try and I am experiencing the same issues as you on the leaked GS2 T989 ICS modem.

WHOA!!!!!! with your ICS blaze modem I got around 9000 kbps
With Jeets new ics blaze modem 5/28 was around 5000kps

Using wind mobile in tecumseh ontario.

I havnt tried the jeets new updated blaze ics(5/28) but I flashed this 1 and this problem is solved for me

am in southern Cali, running on ram CM9 with this radios i have been getting 5-6M down and .7-2M up. Thanks

My results are similar to jeet blaze radio, which is not bad. Dl is around 4 to 5mb and ul ~100k. Thanks for sharing, will definitely try the kid and telus radios once you posted its.

Im in az using onlyone Rom and i was getting 3-5 down and 1.5-2 up on jeet
With this Im only getting 1 down and.04 up
Im in the chandler area
Signal strength is a lot better with this though

I'm in chandler too! Odd that you're not getting good speeds check the apn and maybe run a speed test when it connects to the internet. Cm9/aosp like to go to 3g until the phone signals 4g is requires. I have 3 bars pulling 5-7 all day.

Apn is good. Still no dice.
Checked on Arizona ave and chandler blvd, Gilbert and warner and then riggs and val vista.
