Its ok mate don't worry lol

Just a word of warning though to everyone... once on the new update don't forget that the partitions have changed so that the old roms won't show the sdcard up, the vold.fstab needs to be changed in order for them to work. So don't go restoring old backups because they won't work...

There are two ways you can do this reinstall all roms with changed vold.fstab or try to edit the vold.fstab from root explorer (don't know whether this will work not tried it myself yet)

Edit: changing vold.fstab in /system/etc with root explorer confirmed as working, which also means that you should be able to adb it to your phone

Open the vold.fstab and change 33 to 34 and it should be ok

You need to go here for new root tool and flash in recovery once you've got that on

Do you have a mirror for this. I don't understand Chinese so I don't know what I'm supposed to be clicking on

If you'd clicked on this text 'recovery_for_1.28.img' it would've downloaded without the need to go the the chinese site
