Yep, that's correct I was using the guys Cyanogen theme, but fancied a change so switched to his Windows one. It's made by Sergio Andre Fagundes

It's a good theme I was looking at some WP7 themes, but couldn't find one I wanted, so searched Windows 7 instead and saw it.
