I saw in a your twitter post the biggest thing is going to be accessing the HAL.

What is that exactly? Like couldnt you take some of the camera files or something from a ics rom and put them on this rom then hack them a little to make it compatible with sense?

I believe that the some of the camera files are totaly different things than other regular ICS roms. But you could always try camera illusion. If the camera has been activated and not ripped out like earlier ICS roms.

Not 100%, but I am pretty sure HAL is Hardware Abstraction Layer, or the software that lets software talk to the hardware. wiki link
