Default [Q] photon cm9 domestic gsm apns disappearing

since i installed the kddi radio on my photon ive been on a mission to get it to work with at&t, which it does.. kinda- phone and sms work just fine but data and mms will fail after the device goes to sleep because the apns disappear.

ive noticed that people who live outside of the usa have no problems on jokers cm9 while on gsm, so im guessing there is a conflict somewhere or perhaps something wrong with the radio... or maybe since it is a japanese radio there is something we're missing.

just my $.02, im no dev and wouldnt know where to start to figure this out.
anyway if you are using cm9 or one of the derivative roms with the kddi radio what have you encountered? same issue or none at all?

i read somewhere that if you freeze a certain system app in titanium that it solves the problem. i however do not remember what it is called but i know i read it in the cm9 thread and too lazy to look it up right now.
