After you enter your password when it calls just wait a min. It has to connect and send info with app. I just listened to a couple messages and it worked fine. But had sane problem at first. Just don't hang up immediately.

Waiting a while after dialing didn't work either. I had to end up calling ATT and they said that my specific unlimited LTE plan didn't happen to have visual voicemail on it. They added it on (no charge) and I got the visual voicemail working instantly.

As for the APN, however, it didn't work for me. Like others, I get the 4G symbol but no connectivity. Probably because I'm in an LTE area. When I switch to the VV apn, the data symbol goes away for a second, then comes back as it switches packet data to the VV apn, but that's it. No connectivity. I even get those little amber semi-circle symbols or whatever you want to call them that hover over the 4G symbol, which makes me think that there is connectivity, but facebook/internet/speedtest, none of them work at all. Anything else I should try? Or is this pretty much my being in an LTE area?

Is it just the 4g symbol popping up? or does the 4g LTE symbol. There is a difference.

From my short amount of testing from my home in a 4G LTE city, when on the VV apn it's just the 4G symbol. No little LTE symbol. I'll try it out from more locations tomorrow when I go to work. It'll still be in the same LTE area of San Francisco.

What am I hoping for, 4G or 4G LTE symbol?

How do apns affect internationally? Curious if there are any apns i could use to bypass at&t charging me .99c a minute when roaming Europe. Thoughts? Ideas?

I'm not sure why - but I used like 500MB in Japan last month and none of it ever showed up. I recently switched to the Skyrocket from the Infuse. On the Infuse the data in Japan was reported almost immediately.

Skyrocket stock rom, but rooted - no changes to APN or anything.

Couldn't get this to work for the life of me
