I'd say what with Sony announcing that they will be removing all PS One classics from the PS Store, PSXPeria has become all the more important.

Its a shame the development on this was dropped. There are a couple of areas this almost perfect emulator could be improved:
  • Support for multi-track isos/games. Many games like rayman and wipeout will only work with the appropriate track information contained within the cue file.
If a way was found to include this information like Sony has done, 100s more games would instantly be supported.
  • Multi-disc games. This isn't as important and I doubt it possible now, seeing as Sony never did release a multi-disc game. Can't win 'em all.

I bought about 8 of the titles from the PS Store to show my support to Sony, clearly that was a mistake. I'm happy to supply these to any dev if they might help.
Hopefully Yifan returns or an equally talented programmer can continue his work. I would happily donate to support such an effort.
If only I hadn't wasted my time with web languages (js, php) or else I'd give it a shot myself

I used this app to convert Grandia Disc 1 and Disc 2. I just used a random ID for each of the two discs. So in PSpocket it shows Grandia Disc 1, Disc as two seperate games... although I have not gotten to disc 2 yet, so that.....hmmmm time will tell... I have beaten the game just not on the phone yet..
BAM!!

Multi-disc games will work assuming they operate on the basis that it simply reads the memory card data from the first game to the second game. In this scenario, you simply copy the memory card files from the first game to the second game.
Where this doesn't work is when the multi-disc game requires you to insert disc 2 after loading disc 1

Ah..... gotcha... so my scenario of having both discs as a game, may not work when I hit the end of disc 1 of grandia as it asks to insert disc 2.

dang it..........

That's interesting though. I didn't know Grandia was a multi-disc game.
So I stand corrected, a multi-disc may indeed be available on the PS Store. Until they remove them all, that is.
I wonder if its a multiple install, making use of the "swap disc" menu, or if they just combined the two discs to make one install.

I just checked and for Grandia disc 1 or 2 it does not give me the option to "swap Disc", its greyed out. So it apears that when you hit end of FF7 or Grandia disc 1 we will be screwed......double dang it
