Hello, I'm stuck again.
I am in section 4; the Linux commands, but I have a problem. I have used the superuser (su) command to raise the privilege level, and ran the ls /dev/ command with the phone disconnected and again with it connected. The sd output is the same with an sda1 folder and an sda2 folder. When I connect the phone using Qualcomm mode, there are no new folders; no new letters. For example, I would have expected it to find sdb, or sdc, or something like that, with the appropriate files within the section. No new drive letters are added, suggesting that the phone is not found or seen by Linux. I have repeated the process several times, by booting the phone into Qualcomm mode, but nothing changes. I have also rebooted the computer to try the process again from the beginning of the Linux section. What have I done wrong, and what can I do to put things right?
