You charged your phone almost to full.

There is no best rom. Every device is different.

you really have to experiment.

I've had a lot of luck with the Trinity Kernel on either AOKP or RAScream.
Current - HTC One XL - CM10 | Nexus 7 16gb
Backup - Atrix - CM 7.2 RC
Retired - GSM Galaxy Nexus - Nook Tablet - Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 - iPhone4 - iPhone3GS - Blackberry Curve - AT&T (HTC) Tilt

i'm able to get a combined 12 hours standby time with 4+ hours screen on time on either AOKP or Liquid. Kernels don't seem to change much there.

Sorry, but no. I had only just started to charge, lolz... The phone was literally charging for less than 30 seconds, then I posted the screenshot ^^

Why don't you make a list of each rom you want to try, then take the time to flash each one and run each for about a week. Since battery life and performance is directly related to each users set up and personal style of use. This way in about 4 or 5 weeks you can actually make a determination on your own as to what is best for you.
