1)Flash 4.0.4(4.1.B.0.431) ICS and boot phone (links are in post#1)
2)Flash kernel from 4.0.3(4.1.A.0.562) ICS and boot phone. Flash only kernel, don't wipe anything!

read instructions and root your phone
4)flash back kernel from 4.0.4(4.1.B.0.431) ICS. Flash only kernel, don't wipe anything!

For Neo users, in step 2, you use kernel from Neo V of course.

i am a neo Mt15i user.. as in step 2, ill flash kernel of neo v mt11i on neo mt15 .. how come the phone will boot ?? ? or it will !!

Yes, it will boot
Same as MT15 users used MT11 entire .562 ICS(ok with cam drivers modification).
Problem with different kernels arise in .431, some FC's. Xperia Pro's have even bigger problem, but they can also use MT11 .562 kernel, just their phone doesn't boot, but boot enough that root toolkit can inject files

one more query..
i use link2sd ext2 partitioning and....
if i dont clear that ext2 data ... and install new firmware...!!!, and then after rooting i again start to link the apps in that partition ...will i be able to get that previous app data ??
and if that data is not usable then when installing apps again on new firmware,... using link2sd.. shouldn't that partition be clean or it will overwrite the previous data
