If you go to the themes section and check some of the splash screen threads you can probably find the stock slash and instructions on how to restore it.

Yes, I did. When I tried to push file in it doesn't work for sure.
If I add new APN it's working, but when I make reboot, that same happend...
So now I make full wipe and install rom again, with BFS kernel on 1st boot, maybe this help.
I do many of reboots and nothing happened, I have the carrier.
We will see what happened in next time. ;]

here you go. stock htc white splash screen in pd98. flash in bootloader.
